The AcoUsitKats have been selected to participate on NBC’s hit show The Sing-Off, a spinoff series of The Voice.
The 12-member group comprised of University of Kentucky students will join nine other a capella groups to compete for a recording contract and $100,000.
Singer-songwriter Jewel will join Ben Folds and Shawn Stockman at the judges table to help decide which group deserves the ultimate grand prize.
The two-hour season debut is 9 p.m. EST Monday, December 9 at with the finale set for December 23.
