Senior forward Victoria Dunlap, sophomore guard A’dia Mathies and freshman guard Bernisha Pinkett were all awarded SEC postseason honors, the convference announced Tuesday. The trio has contributed immensely to the Wildcats 22-7 record, including a second-place finish in conference play with a UK record-tying 11 SEC wins.
The 2011 SEC women’s tournament begins Thursday and runs through Sunday in Nashville, Tenn. First and second round games will be aired on FSN while the semifinal games will be on ESPNU. The championship game will be televised on ESPN2.
