Dr. Eli Capilouto officially started his position as UK President on July 1 of this year. However, he will officially be installed as UK’s 12th president in a ceremony on Tuesday, October 18. The ceremony will be held at the Singletary Center for the Arts starting at 4 p.m. and will have a reception immediately following.
Everyone is invited to attend as Dr. Capilouto will address both the campus community and general public during the investiture. There will also be other speakers including UK Board Chairman Britt Brockman, Faculty Senate Council Chair Hollie Swanson, Student Government President Micah Fielden and National Alumni Association President Cammie Grant.
