This morning in Punxsutawney, Penn., Punxsutawney Phil rose and saw his shadow. The weather-predicting groundhog emerged on Gobbler’s Knob this morning, Groundhog Day. The possible six more weeks of winter will come after an unusually warm early Kentucky winter.
