It may be 36 degrees today, but the downtown Lexington scene is already prepping its self for spring. The ice skating rink that took over Triangle Park was a huge success, according to the Lexington Herald Leader it brought in more than 22 thousand skaters. The rink closed in January to make way for the next set of renovations. Spring plans for Triangle Park include Fountain Flicks, which are movies shown in the park on Friday nights, yoga and a Sunday Concert Series. As the opening nears, more details will be made available.
