U.S. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is speaking at 6 p.m. on the University of Kentucky campus on Thursday evening at the William T. Young Library Auditorium.
McConnell will be giving a talk titled “Henry Clay: Kentucky Titan” and is hosted by the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce and the Friends of Ashland.
Students from the Patterson School will also get a chance to privately meet with McConnell to discuss Burma and foreign policy.
UK President Eli Capilouto will introduce McConnell. The talk will air on KET and C-SPAN at a date to be announced.
