The United Way of the Bluegrass Day at Keeneland Race Course is Wednesday, April 24. Keeneland is donating a portion of general admission to the organization.Offices or businesses may purchase a race day package deal and support the Lexington community. All advanced ticket purchases include a grandstand seat, lunch and a commemorative Keeneland cap. There is also, for advance ticket holders, a chance to win Uk football tickets or a 3D HDTV.
The United Way of the Bluegrass mission is, according its website, a commitment to improving the community through” three focus areas to meet the needs of today and solve the problems of tomorrow: education, income and health”.
Keeneland donated more than $18 million to the local community since 1936.
